Returns & Exchanges

At Apollo Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride; if you are not, we offer a 14-day return period for scooters in original, unused condition. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your proof of purchase.

• 2.
  Pack Your Scooter

  Securely pack the scooter in its original box with all included accessories, chargers, and manuals to prevent damage during return shipping.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
